How to use it

Shake the bottle before each use. For a drink, dilute 20 ml in a cup of water (about 250ml) in the morning on an empty stomach and 10 ml after main meals. Or dilute the 40 ml directly into a 1.5-liter bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. It is recommended to wash the measuring cup with each use.
