The Customer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without penalty, within 7 days of receipt of the goods, by sending, within that period, an email to the following address: ordini@naturetica.it
Prior telephone contact at 0547/665404 anticipating the arrival of the email remains mandatory.
The goods must be returned to the address: Naturetica Srl - Via Ferruccio Parri, 5 - 47039 Savignano Sul Rubicone (FC) within 7 working days of receipt of the goods at the consumer's expense.
The returned items must not have been used, be in absolutely the same condition as they were in at the time of delivery, and must be returned in the original, properly packed box that must not be damaged externally in any way (tape, staples, etc.).
It should also be noted that under no circumstances will COD or COD parcels be picked up.
Please note: Products sent to our warehouse after the deadline or without the above requirements cannot be refunded.
In addition, to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must choose from one of the following options:
- replacement of the goods;
- Re-credit of the money: in this case it is mandatory to indicate the details of a bank or postal account (IBAN Code), as well as the data on the account holder. The refund concerns the price of the product and will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
